Credit card orders are accepted on-line, by fax or, by phone. We DO NOT accept personal checks. Money orders and Cashier’s Checks will be accepted. All orders outside the Continental U.S. should be credit card orders or payment must be in U.S. funds.

Ordering Over The Internet: Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order from Coffee Service Plus over the internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Netscape users should see the unbroken key symbol when you connect with our ordering page. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.

Ordering By Telephone: Our phone hours are from 9:00A.M. – 5:00 P.M. EASTERN Time. Monday – Friday (except for major national holidays). Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours each day, seven days each week. Call 1-877-273-2576. Or fax your order with credit card information to 1-856-256-7789.

  1. International Address Orders must be made by telephone.
  2. APO & FPO Address Orders must be made by telephone. These orders are shipped via the US Postal Service to the appropriate military location for shipment to the APO/FPO address.

 

Ordering By Mail: You may send your order to us by mail if you like. Be sure to include all item #’s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Also remember to include $8.00 to cover standard shipping on all orders totaling less than $50. Outside the 48 Lower States please call us for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders received prior to 1:00 PM Eastern time will ship out via UPS the same business day (M-F). International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. Our UPS system calculates actual shipping charge on all orders under $50 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. Shipments going to APO’s, FPO’s and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

Free Shipping: We pay the UPS ground shipping cost on all orders of $50 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

Domestic (US) Shipping Options

We use UPS Ground to ship to addresses in the continental US. Ground Service is not available to AK, HI, or US Territories. If your order is less than $50, you pay the shipping charges. If your order is more than $50, shipping is free. Regardless to amount of your order, you pay the exact cost of shipping for any mode of shipping other than UPS Ground.

International Shipping Options

Shipments to International addresses are welcome. You pay the exact cost of shipping your order. Orders of $100 US and up may only be shipped via UPS World Wide Express to addresses out side of North America. NOTE: All International orders must be submitted via telephone (877-273-2576).

For international Shipments we recommend UPS Worldwide Express. This service provides a greater level of reliability and added features such as Package Tracking. You pay the exact cost of shipping your International Package.

Clearing your package through local Customs

There may be some international restrictions on certain items. Please check with your country’s customs office to be sure that the items you are ordering may be imported into your country.

We cannot be responsible for any items seized by customs. If an item is seized by your customs office, we cannot give a refund. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office to determine any items which may be prohibited and subject to seizure.

Reporting Damaged Goods
